The guest house

A big house dating back to 1560, an ancient priory, seen from the outside it blends in perfectly with the other houses in our small hamlet.  Once inside however, the contrast of old and modern provides an agreable surprise.  When renovating the house we have aimed to offer you space, silence and comfort.  We wanted to preserve the charm and the authentic character of the volumes and the materials of the house, while giving it a modern contemporary touch to create a charming bed and breakfast.

You have the choice of 4 B&B rooms, all of them completely different in style, 2 classical rooms and 2 atypical rooms.  All our bed and breakfast rooms are very spacious, comfortable and each one has its own unique charme and style.

Breakfast is served on the terrace next to the entrance door as soon as weather permits it. Enjoy the sunset while reading on one of the lounge chairs in the garden downhill, in winter time the nice warmth of the wood stove warms up the longer evenings.

Approximately 4 evenings a week, we serve dinner in table d'hote style in the vaulted room of the house.  Delicious meals prepared with fresh, local ingredients, variations on fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, inspiration taken from recipes by chefs from all over the world.

We serve wine by the glass (5 euro), a local wine, often surprising, yet always agreable, as well as a small selection of wines from well-known regions served by the bottle.

Dinner is at 36 euro per person (aperitif, starter, main course, desert, coffee).

We start with the aperitif around 8 pm.

  • Breakfast

We serve breakfast in the vaulted dining room, next to the wood burner in winter, or on the terrace as off the first sunny days.

Apple juice from a local farm or freshly squeezed orange juice, an assortment of different breads that changes every day, homemade yoghurt and jams, freshly baked cakes, cookies or pies, cheese from the local cheesemaker, a varied and well-balanced breakfast, what more would you need to start a beautiful day.
